WARRANTY

 SierraPapa warrants all products for one year from the date of purchase. This warranty is limited to the replacement or refund of purchase price of parts that are defective directly due to factors under the control of SierraPapa. 

SierraPapa is not responsible for damage to any firearm arising from the use of SierraPapa parts therein. 

SierraPapa is not responsible for any personal injury arising from the use of SierraPapa parts in any firearm. 

Specifically: 

• SierraPapa has no control over the manner in which a customer may install his or her parts or have his or her parts installed, or over the quality of the workmanship that is involved in that process.
• SierraPapa has no control over the condition of the firearm in which our parts are installed. 
• SierraPapa has no control over the subsequent usage or care of any firearm following installation of our parts, or over any events that may occur during the use of any firearm. 

TERMS OF SALE

SierraPapa accepts payment via credit card, money order, personal or business check, or cash.  Shipping will take place once a check has cleared. A credit card processing fee of 3% applies to all credit card transactions. Payment by check, money order, or cash allows us to waive processing fees and keep our prices lower. 

We ship via USPS Priority Mail, using flat-rate boxes. The charge for a small box, used for the Hammer/Trigger/Spring Kit and Guide Rod Kit is $8.95, and the charge for a medium box, used for extended magazines, is $15.65.
