How to order

We are happy to ship certain parts directly to you, while others require installation in our own shop. We now require customers to ship their trigger housings to us so that we can install the Hammer/Trigger/Spring Kit and judge whether a sear clip is needed. Please see our Safety and Reliability Announcement for more information about this new policy. We still ship the Guide Rod Kit and all other parts directly to customers. Please see this video for instructions on removing your trigger housing from your lower. Upon removal, we recommend that you pick up a small, flat-rate, priority shipping box from your local post office. The box is free, and shipping will cost $6.80 and take two days (usually) to arrive to us. Tracking and $50 insurance is included. Please include a note with any special instructions for us, and we will acknowledge receipt of your package when it arrives. 

For other packages, please choose the method of shipping and the box size that is most suitable, and again, please include a note with any special instructions. 

How to pay

We can accept payment by check, money order, cash, or credit card. Checks may be made out to "SierraPapa Inc.". We're sorry to have to pass on 3% processing fees to customers who pay by credit card. We no longer accept payment by Paypal due to their policies restricting the sale of certain gun parts.

Why do we ask for your telephone number and address? 

Our purpose as a company is to provide you with the best possible function of our parts in your CX4, and to assist you with the optimization of certain parts of your gun that interact with our upgrades. Plastic parts, such as those made by Beretta for the CX4, are subject to variation. As we install our metal upgrades in your CX4, we may need to contact you with information and suggestions for achieving the best fit. By providing us with your daytime telephone number, you make it easy for us to work efficiently and return your parts quickly. We ask for your address so that we can have an easily accessible typewritten record of this information for the quickest return shipping. We do not sell, trade, or otherwise provide this information to anyone.
